Would you be a good fit for the responsibilities of a big project seeing the big picture and the tiniest details? If the answer is \u201check yeah\u201d then you\u2019re the one we\u2019re looking for!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RaflaRumba Appro is looking for the next project manager to take care of organizing the event. The project manager will be responsible for the execution of RaflaRumba Appro in the spring of 2027 in accordance with the objectives set by the event steering committee. This position is suitable for a person with relevant studies and experience in event production such as through student organization activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The position includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">project team recruitment in August, orientation and leadership<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">drawing up the budget and plans for the project and marketing<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contract negotiation with collaborators<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reports to the the steering committee<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">event day coordinating<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">execution review and ideas for development for next year<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orientation of the next project manager<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Success in this position requires:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in organizing events of a similar scale<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in leadership, budgets and project-based work<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A solid understanding of student culture, especially from the student unions that own the event<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commitment to the project until April 2027<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ability to work in Finnish and English<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Considered as assets:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Graphic design experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marketing and communication knowledge<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The position pays a one time salary 1000 euros after the event has been brought to completion. The interviews will be held on Laurea UAS Tikkurila campus on May 29th 2026.
