The trainees duties include producing small events and partnership coordinating. However, we are primarily looking for an <\/span><b>event coordinator trainee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> who has the vision and enthusiasm to make Helga an even better community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned tasks:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The intern will produce the Miniherkkuappro events in both Helsinki and Porvoo, as well as assist in organizing other established events that support student well-being.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The intern will assist in acquiring and coordinating partnerships.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The duties will include communications and assisting with budgeting.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additional tasks that may be offered depending on time and the intern\u2019s interests:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The intern may organize one or more company excursions for Helga members.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will focus the intern\u2019s tasks on their skills and interests, so you don\u2019t have to know everything!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We offer versatile and responsible training in a youthful work environment. The trainee is supported by Helga\u2019s board and specialists and we are not looking for a ready-made expert \u2013 the passion to learn and do is the most important thing!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We offer flexible remote work opportunities, although some of the tasks\u00a0 are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The duration of the traineeship is a maximum of 3 months and can be carried out either full-time (30h\/week) or according to the wishes of the people selected part-time. The timing of the traineeship is negotiable, but the start should preferably be during August on week 37. Trainees are compensated EUR 1,000 per month (in full hours).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The internship is part of a communality project funded by the Helia Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Free-form applications with possible CVs to <a href=\"mailto:harkkari@helga.fi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-haspopup=\"menu\">harkkari@helga.fi<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Some applicants are invited to interviews, which will be informed the applicants they are affected. The aim is to arrange the interviews during week 34 ja 35, but some of the interviews may begin already during the application period.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haaga-Helia\u2019s student union Helga is a statutory advocacy and service organization for Haaga-Helia students.
