GAME FORMAT: 7 vs. 7 \u2013 Soccer on half a field, 20 minutes per game. Teams\u00a0 should have at least two of whom must be of the opposite gender (woman, man, other).<\/p>\n
Rules to participate<\/strong><\/p>\n You can join as a player or as a supporter. The ticket prices differ.<\/p>\n As a player:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0Individual Entry: <\/strong>Every player must purchase their own ticket. <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n As supporter: <\/strong><\/p>\n Buy a ticket, come to the venue, and take part in soccer-themed challenges and cheer on the teams. The most important thing in this tournament is to have fun and experience the excitement of May Day and soccer.<\/p>\n Event ticket cancellation policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n Please check your reservation and tickets carefully. Paid tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed. Tickets purchased for events organized by Helga can only be refunded if the event is canceled or you have a doctor’s note. Delivery costs and service fees are non-refundable. In these cases, you can request a refund at jasenpalvelu@helga.fi<\/p>\n Other things to note:<\/strong><\/p>\n Like all other Helga events, Helga’s 8-Day Wappu is a harassment- and bullying-free event. This means that any kind of harassment, bullying, humiliation, or other inappropriate behavior is unacceptable<\/em><\/strong>. However, if you see or encounter inappropriate behavior, please contact us or the event organizer immediately. Helga events also have event-specific harassment contact persons who you can contact. \n\u00a0Team Registration: <\/strong>If you already have a team (7 players), one member must email noora.al-sulttan@helga.fi <\/strong>with the Team Name and a list of all members who have bought tickets.
\nFree Agent Pool:<\/strong> If you do not have a team, buy a ticket and email your name to the address above. We will place you on a team that needs more players or form a new “United” team from other individual sign-ups.
\nTeam Balancing:<\/strong> To keep the tournament fair and even, the organizers reserve the right to assign players to teams with fewer than 7 players.
\nGender Rule: <\/strong>Every team (including those formed from individuals) must maintain the minimum of two opposite gender (woman, man, other).<\/p>\n
