The board of Student Union Helga has decided at their board meeting on 21st of January that the autumn Freshers’ Day will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2022. The event was originally scheduled to take place on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.
We will organize the event as corona-safe as possible. Restrictions and safety instructions in force during the event will be followed. The checkpoint event will be organized in Apollo and its surrounding bars, so that there is enough distance between each checkpoint. It is recommended to use a face mask at the event and hand sanitiser will be available. Adequate distance to other participants is ensured by staggered departure times and safety distances.
It is of paramount importance to the Student Union Board that we can guarantee every student a safe but meaningful date for the event.
