The Student Union of Haaga-Helia – Helga’s representative council organized a meeting on Monday 25.11.2024. In the organizational meeting the representative council elected a chairperson and a vice-chairperson of the representative council, Helga board’s chairpersons and board members and electoral committee members for the year 2025. The representative council elected Daniel Levander from TRADE-lista for the chairperson and Laura Töykkälä from TRADE-lista for the vice-chairperson.
“Thank you for your trust. I am highly motivated and look forward to the coming year, where we will work together to create a new strategy and drive Helga forward.” says new representative council’s chairperson Daniel Levander. Joel Kangasmaa was elected as the chairperson of the Helga board and Annastiina Similä and Jasmin Tuominen as the vice-chairpersons. New board members are Anel Sirbegovic, Arpit Jain, Heli Kristiina Kokkonen, My Siegberg, Veeti Vainio.
“Thank you for your trust, I am excited about this opportunity and I am looking forward to the upcoming year!”, comments the new chairperson of Helga board about his election. Theo Bloemen was elected as a chairperson of the election committee and Jasmin Valtonen, Laura Töykkälä, Meiju Hämäläinen, My Siegberg, Oskari Haverinen ja Tuomas Martti as members.
The Elector committee is responsible for organizing the representative council elections and the process of choosing student representatives in the Student Union of Haaga-Helia – Helga.
