What is  Wellbeing-
Appro?

HyvinvointiAppro is a checkpoint tour where participants collect stamps in a checkpoint pass by visiting various wellbeing and wellness service stations. The goal of the event is to enhance the wellbeing of Haaga-Helia students, provide information on ways to improve their own wellbeing, and increase awareness of Haaga-Helia’s wellbeing services and providers.

The event is held annually on Haaga-Helia campuses in Helsinki, Porvoo, and Vierumäki. HyvinvointiAppro takes place in the middle of the day, so it can be completed during the school day or even during a lunch break!

Miten HyvinvointiApproon voi osallistua?

The event is free for all students and is usually held in the fall. Participation occurs by showing up on the event day. Typically, it takes place in the campus lobby or another clearly designated and pre-communicated location.

For each checkpoint completed, participants can earn a fantastic HyvinvointiAppro overall patch.

Like all other Helga events, HyvinvointiAppro is a harassment and bullying-free event. This means that any form of harassment, bullying, humiliation, or other inappropriate behavior is not acceptable. However, if you witness or experience any inappropriate behavior, we ask that you contact us immediately or reach out to the designated harassment contact person for the event.

We wish everyone a well-being Appro!
