The board of Student Union Helga has decided at their board meeting on 10.9. that the autumn Freshers’ Day will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021. The event was originally scheduled to take place on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, just two days after the current corona restrictions expire.
We will organize the event as corona-safe as possible. Restrictions and safety instructions in force during the event will be followed. The checkpoint event will be organized in Kaivopuisto and its surrounding areas so that there is enough distance between each checkpoint. It is recommended to use a face mask at the event and hand sanitiser will be available. Adequate distance to other participants is ensured by staggered departure times and safety distances.
There is not after party to the event.
