Helga X ZONE – Dodgeball tournament

Go back to your childhood in Helga’s dodgeball tournament!

Helga, in cooperation with Zone Sports Services, is organising a “Between Two Fires” tournament for all members of Opku+ student unions in Pasila at ZONE’s facilities on Friday 18.11. The teams will be formed randomly on the spot, so you can join in on your own! The event price is 0,00 € for Opku+ members (Metka, Helga, Humako, Laureamko, O’Diako, Jamko, TUO, ASK) and 3,00 € for non-members.

The game format is Between Two Fires, below are the rules for the tournament:

• The playing area is rectangular, divided in two.
• There are two teams in the game and they are in their own playing areas.
• The teams throw the ball at each other. If the ball is hit, the player who has been burned is the so-called back player behind the opposing team, throwing balls. The head is a prohibited burning area.
• If the ball can be caught in the air, you may continue the game.
• On the back line, your team can throw balls over the opponents, putting the opponents between two fires.
• The team that keeps players on the front line the longest is the winner.

The games will be played from 14:00-16:00, followed by free hanging out in Helga Kitchen. Some snacks will also be available.
