You can send your application beforehands to Helga’s Vice Chairperson Janina (janina.brunfeldt@helga.fi) or come to the meeting on 29th of August at 6pm at Pasila and share your interest for one of the positions! New ESN board for the rest of the year 2022 will be chosen in the meeting.

Who can apply?

Any Haaga-Helia student can apply for the ESN Helga board! You don’t need to have any previous experience as we will be training you for your position at the end of August.

All persons in Helga’s operations must have a valid student union membership. Therefore a member of the action group must also have a Helga membership.

What is ESN?

The Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is Europe’s largest student organization, established in 1989 to support student exchanges. ESN has more than 530 local organizations in 40 countries. ESN operates at three levels: local, national and international.

ESN Helga is one of Finland’s local ESN divisions and operates as part of ESN Finland. The official language of ESN is English, which is used without exception in our activities, however, our activities involve students from many different nationalities.

ESN Helga has an independent board which always decides annually of their processes. Helga is responsible for ESN’s money transfer and official contracts. ESN Helga’s office is on the K1 floor of Haaga-Helia’s Pasila campus. Helga’s board supports ESN Helga in the skills they might need during their year in ESN Helga.

If you are studying in Haaga-Helia you can join your Student Union!
